Lolly Extends Hospitality Technology Services to Universities and Colleges with CUBO Partnership
In its mission to continue extending hospitality technology services to universities and colleges across the UK, Lolly has signed up with CUBO (College and University Business Officers). CUBO is the membership organisation for campus and commercial services professionals, supporting over 900 members with best practice, learning, research, and representation in areas including catering, hospitality, and retail.
As a business partner, Lolly will exhibit at CUBO’s upcoming Winter conference, on the theme of ‘Insights for Impact – providing expert insight for higher education business leaders in these challenging times’. Jan Capper, Executive Director at CUBO, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Lolly as a CUBO corporate partner. New technologies are key to driving better customer experiences and operational efficiency, improving services for students, staff, and visitors on campuses across the UK and Ireland.”
Peter Moore, CEO at Lolly, said: “I’m really excited to be involved with CUBO and to be attending this month’s Winter Conference at the University of Warwick. Lolly will be showcasing its latest innovations, including a robot waiter and age recognition software, designed to assist in improving both the student experience and the management of front- and back-of-house operations. The technology supports hospitality and retail across campus, giving operators the time and business insight to manage all outlets more efficiently.
“We are excited to become CUBO’s latest business partner, and to further extend our offering within the education sector as a whole.”
As we close out a transformative year, Peter Moore, CEO and founder of Lolly, shares his thoughts on 2024’s key trends and innovations while looking ahead to the opportunities and challenges that 2025 will bring.
Each month we take a closer look at one of Lolly's fantastic team members and find out more about how they help drive Lolly's success. This month the spotlight is on Sales Manager, Paul Markey.
